Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. Prices on our site are in US dollars.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

The shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and begin once your order has shipped.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

International orders, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees and additional charges. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are paid by the recipient. Customs processing can also add time to delivery.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at bucollectionshop@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we can't change its address.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, or your watch arrives damaged, email us at bucollectionshop@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help put it right. Please inspect your order when it arrives, as described in our Refund Policy.
